BioI was born in Lansing, raised in Lansing, I live in Lansing--and on the very street where still exists the house in which I was born, no less--but I don't really think of Lansing as my hometown. Grand Ledge--where my father lives--is my home town, because I am a small-town girl at heart.
I'm also a fiend for books, previously a grad student and now an instructor in the field of literature, a friend of all things four-legged and furry, and a hugger of trees, especially if the tree is named Daryl. I love almost everything, except for war and pineapple. Skinny people scare me.
And Batman is my hero.
